These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Avia Mobile application ("Application") developed and operated by Raa Pred ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

2. Services Provided

Avia Mobile utilizes Firebase for service infrastructure, including data storage, analytics, and push notifications. By using the Application, you agree to Firebase's terms and policies as integrated within our service.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of Raa Pred. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Application.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

5. Prohibited Behavior

By using the Application, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or data
• Use automated systems to interact with the app (e.g., bots, scrapers)

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raa Pred shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Application
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any changes to or discontinuation of the service

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your data. Please review it carefully.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the Application and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
